Refund & Return

Please note: Once you place your order, we usually generate a tracking number one day later.
Once the tracking number is generated, your package will be shipped from the warehouse to the logistics provider and cannot be returned. (If you need to cancel an order, please apply in time on the first day after placing the order)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. If it has been more than 14 days since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Return requirements:

To qualify and initiate a return, please first send a request to service@dailybebe.com, including the following details:order number/receipt or proof of purchase /Pictures or videos showing evidence of problem/defect . You must pay attention to the following requirements:

1、Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. If not,  no refunds will be given.

2、If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. 

3、If the product is defective and it is not caused by human factors, we will directly refund the full amount.

4、If you no longer need the product or do not want it, please contact us to return the product within 14 days after receiving the product. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise.

5、If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Goods returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week after we receive the product.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Special offer
The only items eligible for return and refund are regular priced items. All specials are considered final sale.
We do not offer free return shipping. You must provide a tracking number.
